Swan River, Manitoba
- Works closely with the sales team and accounting team members and is familiar with the procedures in both these departments.
- Collaborates with customers to arrange for financing and to finalize purchases, presenting to him or her extended service contracts and other owner protection programs during completion of the sales contract. The Financial Services Manager finalizes contracts down to the point of signatures, while at the same time working to set up extended service contracts and insurance arrangements.
- Promote all the additional services and products the dealership offers to customers. Is responsible for staying current about financial services offerings, and alternatives.
- Present the features and benefits of services like extended warranties, loan insurance, undercoating, after-market add-ons and service contracts to Customers and Sales Team.
- Responsible to make sure all the paperwork is signed, sealed and delivered to the appropriate departments and outside vendors.
- Explain all pertinent details to Customers (and Sales Advisors) before signatures and ensure they know when payments are due and what penalties they face when late.
- Draw on an in-depth knowledge of the products offered and respond to customer inquiries.
- Review customer credit reports and seek out appropriate financing options. Ensures that complete, accurate information is collected.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be genuinely customer focused and have strong interpersonal skills, easily establishing rapport with customer as reflected in the CSI reports.
